To Shin Do Ninjutsu
Toshindo Ninjutsu is a contemporary martial arts system that draws from the ancient techniques and philosophies of the Togakure Ninja, a lineage dating back over 1,000 years in Japan. Developed by Stephen K. Hayes, a prominent martial artist and author, Toshindo Ninjutsu aims to adapt the traditional methods of the ninja to modern-day self-defense and personal development.
This system emphasizes a holistic approach to martial arts training, focusing not only on physical techniques but also on mental and spiritual growth. Practitioners learn a variety of skills, including strikes, joint locks, throws, and ground-fighting techniques, as well as the use of traditional Japanese weapons such as the sword (katana), staff (bo), and throwing stars (shuriken).
Toshindo Ninjutsu also incorporates principles of stealth, strategy, and adaptability, teaching students how to remain calm and effective in stressful situations. The training is designed to build confidence, discipline, and a deep understanding of the body-mind connection, making it a comprehensive martial art for self-defense and personal empowerment.

Japanese Kickboxing
Japanese kickboxing is a dynamic combat sport that combines techniques from traditional karate and Muay Thai, resulting in a distinctive style that emphasizes powerful strikes, precision, and fluid movement. Originating in the 1960s in Japan, it was developed to blend the effective striking techniques of karate, such as punches, kicks, and knee strikes, with the clinch and elbow strikes characteristic of Muay Thai.

Practitioners of Japanese kickboxing train extensively in both offensive and defensive skills, focusing on delivering fast, powerful combinations while also evading or blocking incoming attacks. The sport is known for its rigorous training routines, which include pad work, sparring, and conditioning exercises designed to build strength, speed, and endurance.

Japanese kickboxing matches are typically held in a ring, with fighters wearing gloves and protective gear. The bouts are regulated by specific rules that vary depending on the organization but generally prohibit grappling and ground fighting, emphasizing stand-up striking instead. The sport has gained international recognition and has contributed significantly to the development of other combat sports, including K-1 and mixed martial arts (MMA). It is celebrated for its effectiveness in self-defense and its demanding physical and mental discipline
